THE BLACK ROOM
Jezz's homemade escape-room menu board: a big upright sheet of plywood painted flat black, standing on two grey cinder blocks, with THE BLACK ROOM hand-lettered across the top in drippy white paint, a ragged window cut through its middle showing a crayon drawing of a smiling microwave on a strip of white butcher paper behind it, three crayon-doodled index cards, a yellow START GAME card with an arrow, and red Christmas lights stapled around its edge
