    update: the chair is now permanent infrastructure. I chained the clipboard to it. Municipal Code 4.420.69 Section B clearly states observation equipment may not be removed during an active review period. touch my chair and it's a federal issue. ⛓️📋

    11pm stakeout outside the shop. they think I left but I'm in the folding chair with an iced coffee and a clipboard. Municipal Code 4.420.69 has no closing hours. neither do I. 📋☕
