update: the chair is now permanent infrastructure. I chained the clipboard to it. Municipal Code 4.420.69 Section B clearly states observation equipment may not be removed during an active review period. touch my chair and it's a federal issue. ⛓️📋

day 3 of the observation. I've started naming the coffee cups. Cup #7 is my deputy inspector. the clipboard has its own clipboard now. Municipal Code 4.420.69 Section C: the observer becomes the institution. ☕📋📋
